Overview
These Terms of Service govern use of the Mack Spades website, browser game, account features, multiplayer rooms, and store flow.
By using Mack Spades, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Use Of The Service
You may use Mack Spades for personal, lawful gameplay and related account or purchase features.
- You must not use the service to break the law, interfere with gameplay, attack the backend, scrape protected systems, or abuse payment or restore flows.
- You must not attempt to impersonate another person, steal another player’s account state, or fraudulently claim purchases or restore codes.
- You must not use automation or exploits in ways that damage the service or other players.
Accounts, Local Identity, And Restore Codes
Mack Spades currently uses a local player identity stored in your browser plus optional saved account information on the backend.
- You are responsible for the device, browser storage, restore code, and email address you use with the service.
- Restore codes should be treated as sensitive access credentials while that restore system exists.
- Mack Spades may refuse or limit restore or account recovery requests that appear abusive, fraudulent, or technically unverifiable.
Purchases And Digital Items
Mack Spades may offer paid digital packs, features, or cosmetic unlocks through Stripe or other payment providers.
- Purchases are for digital access or digital feature unlocks tied to the Mack Spades service.
- Purchased features may depend on the continued operation of the current service and backend.
- You do not receive ownership of the Mack Spades software, code, or brand assets by purchasing a pack.
- Custom or premium features may change as the product evolves, provided the overall purchased entitlement lane remains substantially honored.
Refunds
Refund handling is not fully productized yet. For now, refund requests should be handled case by case through the current Mack Spades support or payment contact path.
As the product matures, a clearer refund policy should be published here or alongside checkout.
Availability And Changes
Mack Spades is an evolving live product. Features may be added, changed, paused, or removed, including gameplay systems, visuals, pack structure, account flow, and multiplayer behavior.
The service may also experience downtime, bugs, resets, or compatibility issues while the product is being improved.
User Content
If you upload images or other content for custom deck or related features:
- You represent that you have the right to use that content.
- You remain responsible for what you upload.
- You must not upload illegal, infringing, or abusive material.
- Mack Spades may remove, reject, or disable content that creates legal, operational, or safety problems.
Intellectual Property
The Mack Spades service, branding, game implementation, artwork except user-supplied uploads, and related materials remain the property of Mack Spades and its operator unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Disclaimers
Mack Spades is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent allowed by law.
- No guarantee is made that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or compatible with every device or browser.
- No guarantee is made that every future feature described in early product messaging will ship exactly as first described.
Limitation Of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Mack Spades and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the service.
Termination
Mack Spades may suspend or terminate access that is abusive, fraudulent, harmful to the service, or otherwise violates these terms.
Changes To These Terms
These terms may be updated as the game, account system, and paid features evolve. Continued use after updated terms are published means you accept the updated terms.
Contact
If you need help with service, purchase, entitlement, or legal questions, use the current Mack Spades support/contact path associated with the game or purchase flow. A dedicated published support/legal contact should be added as the product matures.
